Premier Home Repairs replaced our gutters in early summer of 2018 and we didn't have a chance to test the new system until we had the first heavy rain in mid September. The crew that installed the system was very professional and, although the installation went an extra day over the original estimated schedule, we were okay with that. During the first heavy rain we noticed the water spilling over the walkway right in front of the main entrance. This caused the area to be wetter than average and promoted moss growth, which causes the walkway surface to be slippery and risky to walk on. We contacted Derrin and explained to him what was going on. He requested more information about this issue so we sent him some photos and a video of the water going over the gutters. That was the last we heard from him and he never responded to our multiple attempts to contact him via emails, phone calls and voice messages. We are on our own now and we feel obliged to leave this review as other potential clients may experience similar fate.Update 12/5/2018:After my initial review, Derrin contacted me right away and setup time for his crew to inspect and address the waterflow. The crew showed up on time in the morning and didn't let the subfreezing temperature outside stop them from fixing the issues. They were very courteous and helpful answering my questions. They also offered to come back after the next heavy rain to make any necessary adjustment(s) to the gutters. I cannot be any happier with Premier Home Repairs and I strongly recommend them.

Great gutter job! Darren worked with us to pick the right materials, and made some excellent suggestions about colors. The crew completed the whole job in a single day, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Very professional, very workmanlike. Highly recommend.
